Règlements de tournoi

• Admissibilité: Vous devez être membre à la FQE ou la FCE pour participer, ou encore posséder une carte de ​tournoi (20$ à la FQE). ​Cliquer ici pour devenir membre à la FQE
  
• Appariements: Selon la cote FQE pour les résidents du Québec, tandis que la cote FCE sera utilisée pour les Canadiens résidant hors du ​Québec.* .
  
• Téléphone: Téléphone cellulaire éteint et remis à l’arbitre ou rangé dans un sac.
  
• Fédérations d’échecs: Le joueur, coté ou pas, doit décliner le nom de toutes les fédérations où il est membre et ​fournir son identifiant ​pour chacune d’elles. Toute omission peut entraîner la disqualification du joueur et son ​inadmissibilité à se mériter un prix.
  
• Forfait: Défaite par défaut si moins de 30 minutes restant à l’horloge du joueur absent.
  
• Horloge: Apportez votre horloge et un crayon / stylo.
  
• Autres règlements: Les règlements de la FQE s’appliquent.

Tournaments Rules

• Eligibility: You must be a member at FQE or CFC to participate, or else purchase an FQE Tournament Card ($20). ​Click here to become a ​member at FQE.
  
• Sections: The FQE rating will be used with the residents of Quebec, whereas the CFC rating will be used with the Canadians ​outside of ​Quebec.*
  
• Pairings: FIDE rating for the OPEN section. If no FIDE rating, the rule of the other sections will apply. For the other ​sections, the FQE rating will ​be used with the residents of Quebec, whereas the CFC rating will be used with the ​Canadians living outside of Quebec.*
  
• Phone: No phone, nor any technological communication device will be tolerated in the playing room.
  
• Unrated players: The unrated** cannot win more than $100 except in the OPEN section.
  
• Chess Federations: The player, rated or not, must provide the name of all the federations where he is a member and ​provide his ID for each of ​them. Any omission will result in the player's disqualification and ineligibility to win a prize.
  
• Forfeit: Forfeit loss for the late player if less than 30 minutes left on their clock.
  
• Clocks: Please bring your clock and pen / pencil.
  
• Other Rules: Any FQE Rules apply.
